Honduras is one of the most depressed and underdeveloped nations in the West, and faces many economic, social, and developmental challenges as a nation. In Honduras, we have two ongoing projects on the Island of Roatan, in The Bay Islands on the Northern Coast of the country, in the Caribbean Sea.

We recognize a need in this country, and have identified a couple of key areas were we can help, and hope to make at least a small difference. It is estimated that only 18% of the nation’s population has access to basic health care. This is our main focus, but we also help with other initiatives and local efforts, as well.

Oakridge Clinic

This clinic serves the poorest section of the island, with an estimated reach of approximately 4,000-5,000 people. In addition, this clinic helps teach locals and bring awareness for AIDS education and diabetes education.

French Harbor Clinic

This clinic serves a larger community on the island, with an estimated reach of about 6,000-8,000 people. Diabetes education and awareness is also taught here as a part of the community outreach effort.
